Nestled in the historic Travis Heights neighborhood, this single-family home transforms site limitations into innovative design opportunities. Strategic landscaping and carefully placed walls create private outdoor spaces on a challenging triangular corner lot, while preserving the site's heritage trees.

The two-story residence features a distinctive architectural approach, with a stucco base separated from the second floor by a continuous clerestory window. The gabled roof is sheared along the lot's triangular shape, resulting in an intriguing form that emerges from simple geometry. Large skylights and a glass shroud provide filtered daylight throughout the main living spaces.
